The better team won the Cup. There. I said it.
Maybe not the more talented team, but the Red Wings were the better team this time around.
Because of their "style," I'm not sure I could be a fan. And judging from their inability to sell out playoff games at the Joe, I imagine many former Red Wings fans feel the same way. Oh, well...enuff about them.
Thanks to my beloved Pens for an incredible, fun-filled ride. I'm physically and mentally drained from these past 2 months, but it was worth every minute of it. That said...I'm taking the rest of the day off, and I'll be finishing these thoughts in a new post tomorrow...

given they're age, you gotta figure they'll be back again ... and again ... and again.
ps, this might sound bold, but i gotta say tunes seven to 10 on off to business are right up there with any consecutive four tunes pollard has ever done. gold after gold after gold after gold.
the amazing part is none of them even have choruses.
i'm going to have check out the back of some CDs to see if there's a four-pack which competes.

Exactly 4 songs, featuring an all time classic, with 'Do the Earth'? After all...Do the Earth is Top 5, ever, as we know.
If Blimps Go 90 were only 1 track later on AL...you'd have it AND My Son Cool within the same quadrant. Wouldn't get any better than that, no? After all...they're both Top 5 ever, as well, as we know.
